About us

Since our foundation in 2003, we have been relying on self-organisation in a lively network and work closely with our clients throughout Austria. Today, we are ten consultants and work together with selected partners from Austria and Germany on a project basis. A core team of four consultants manages the cooperation and the development of the label.

Consultation

Our network enables us to cooperate in many ways. We put together the right team of counsellors for complex problems or accompany you in a tandem in pairs. We combine psychodynamic, group dynamic and system theoretical approaches.

Seminars

Our open workshops are designed for advanced training and reflection for professionals and leaders. The seminars and events are meeting places for people from different sectors and are dedicated to current topics in the focus of cooperation. They take place at our two locations in Vienna and Upper Austria.
