In order to face challenges together, dealing with our professional and cultural conditioning plays an essential role. How we deal with our differences and interdependencies determines the quality of our cooperation. We are convinced that increased contact and exchange are indispensable for coping with small or large changes. We embody this approach ourselves.
We are a collective of individual entrepreneurs and accompany processes of team, strategy and organisational development. Advanced training around leadership and group dynamics complete our offer for companies. We challenge you to look at the context of your projects and accompany you in boldly tackling effective initiatives. As consultants, we stand by your side as a committed counterpart and accompany you wherever debate and the negotiation of decisions are the key to success.

About us
Since our foundation in 2003, we have been relying on self-organisation in a lively network and work closely with our clients throughout Austria. Today, we are ten consultants and work together with selected partners from Austria and Germany on a project basis. A core team of four consultants manages the cooperation and the development of the label.
Consultation
Our network enables us to cooperate in many ways. We put together the right team of counsellors for complex problems or accompany you in a tandem in pairs. We combine psychodynamic, group dynamic and system theoretical approaches.
Seminars
Our open workshops are designed for advanced training and reflection for professionals and leaders. The seminars and events are meeting places for people from different sectors and are dedicated to current topics in the focus of cooperation. They take place at our two locations in Vienna and Upper Austria.
